i hope the spider is okay

I had a terrible phobia of spiders at one point now I can do the same. My son will pick them up with his hands! 🕷🙀

As much as they creep me out, I always try to get spiders outside when I find them in my home. I feel bad for all those I killed over the years. 😞 They don't need to die, they just need to be outside where I know they can't crawl on me, lol.

That wasn't very nice. This individual shows up to protect you by killing the spreaders of suffering and disease, and you drive it away, possibly injuring it in the process?

Spiders are your friends. Freaky looking friends, yes, whose presence sometimes evokes an atavistic fear and revulsion response, but recall the tradition of "angels unaware" (so called in Christianity, but it shows up in pretty much every culture and era).
