To Kill A Spider...Or Not?

I was observing a post a few days ago, where some people were saying that spiders are living creatures and it's not necessary to kill them.

Some were saying that they are ugly and creepy creatures though and should be destroyed immediately.

So what do you think? If you see a spider in your house, do you kill it, or let it live?

I always catch it in a glass and then let it out somewhere outside on the street.

If we killed things because they are ugly half of all the people on the site would be dead…

Depends on the species. Jumping spiders get an automatic pass. Cellar spiders are up there too

I won't kill marble, wolf, or basement spiders. Certain poisonous leg rotting ones idgaf if they die. I'm not going to the hospital to get a shute of eggs removed from my body

I try not to kill anything. Some spiders that are where they get into the house I try to catch them and move them at least to the garage.

I scoop them up in a cup and put them outside unless one of my cats eats it first

I’m allergic to insect bites, including spiders. I have high ceilings, so if they stay up there, fine. But if they come down near me, all bets are off.
