I Believe Sometimes Silence Speaks Louder Than Words

Silence is golden! For me it is so very necessary, and where I live there are great opportunities for good silence.

I'm a vegan so most of my meals are vegetable based, and nutty too! I particularly like cooking legumes with line nuts in a sweet chilli sauce!

I need to refocus quite often and bring my body and mind together, so I can honour the Lord Buddha's teachings in my whole self. It can take some doing after awkward days but meditation is a very useful methkd, or tool, to do this.

Several countries! UAE, India, Sikkim, Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, Ukraine, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Monaco, Thailand, Myanmar, Scotland, Ireland and Norway.

I Have a University Degree

It's a bachelor of ophthalmology. I'm studying for my doctorate now, two more years to go!

I Am Multiracial

Bhutanese, French and English. But deep in my father's family history there's also a little Spanish and Portuguese! So I have Asian antecedents as well as various European national identities too!

I Believe Family Is Very Important

My European family is only slightly bigger than my Bhutanese family. Economy is the way with both sides, each child of great value in love.

Through yoga and meditation each day I heal myse!f, and in my advocacy I may heal others as they show their release from their passions and desires.
