If anyone has sciatica pain?

I used to have bad pain from my sciatic nerve across my butt cheek because of too much driving. I learned this wonderful stretch. start with the position this guy is in but then I lean forward and lay my chest on my knee. works amazingly good.
@reflectingmonkey yup, thats one of the better ones!👍

Or you can.do it on the ground, one leg out, the other like that, and then.swap.

@reflectingmonkey i am going to try this
@kayla68 take your time...ease yourself into it...and extend the time you hold the stretch a little more each day, but dont overdo it.
Just... Nice and easy.

Massage 3x a day
@MasterLee Oh God!... If only!

I'd have a massage 3 times a day even if there was nothing wrong!

@BoobooSnafu yes it is nice

Had a prescription for a mild muscle relaxant that I took for a few days, stretched out 3 times a day, and replaced the office chair (the seat cushion was completely worn out). Solved the issue and it hasn't come back.

Went to the chiropractor ... after a few alignment sessions ... bought several pairs of new shoes (mine were wore out) ... got on an exercise bike for 10 min a day after that ... helped to keep it stretched ...

@YoungDawg66 i plan on getting rid of all my flip flops & buy sandals that have support & are more comfortable

I work on concrete floors so one of his ‘prescriptions’ was to not wear the same shoes on multiple days ... now I alternate one pair to the other almost daily ... something about how different shoes move the pressure on your legs and spine in different ways ... not real sure, but it truly helps ...

Mine comes and goes and us t frequent. But I know it can get worse. There are different stretches you can do(some yoga and Pilates moves).
Always speak to a specialist though...physio maybe needed
