Will I still lose weight.

So I've been trying to eat healthier. But I've been eating a lot.
But like avocado. Watermellon. Carrots, pineapple. Trail mix. Apples. Water.

Does it matter how much of each I'm eating? Like does it matter that I eat a lot as long as it's healthy? Or should I cut back on those to.

Consume less calories than you burn and you will lose weight. Based upon your age, height and wait, you can estimate how much your body burns by existing. Consume less calories than that. If you exercise, eat a little more.

It's probably not a good idea to ask for advice here. You'll have people telling you all sorts of stuff without doing any kind of research.

Well it depends on what your diet used to be. What your eating now sounds like it’s probably healthier than what you did eat. But that also doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll lose weight.

There are free apps you can use to put in what you eat everyday. Gives you the overal calorie count.

Use this to figure it out from there.

Calories are calories.

Make sure they're not empty.

If you are eating more calories than your metabolism is burning, you body is going to store that and your weight will inflate. It doesn't matter if you are eating cheeseburgers, sawdust, or dog food.

There is a big difference between an apple and an avacado as far as fat content and calories. I use a food tracker, look everything up, and write everything down. I've learned a lot.

Overeating doesnt make you fat, over eating regularly with little exercise does. Figure out your basal metabolic rate, and go from there.
