Will I still lose weight.

So I've been trying to eat healthier. But I've been eating a lot.
But like avocado. Watermellon. Carrots, pineapple. Trail mix. Apples. Water.

Does it matter how much of each I'm eating? Like does it matter that I eat a lot as long as it's healthy? Or should I cut back on those to.

If you are eating more calories than your metabolism is burning, you body is going to store that and your weight will inflate. It doesn't matter if you are eating cheeseburgers, sawdust, or dog food.
