Will I still lose weight.

So I've been trying to eat healthier. But I've been eating a lot.
But like avocado. Watermellon. Carrots, pineapple. Trail mix. Apples. Water.

Does it matter how much of each I'm eating? Like does it matter that I eat a lot as long as it's healthy? Or should I cut back on those to.

Well it depends on what your diet used to be. What your eating now sounds like it’s probably healthier than what you did eat. But that also doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll lose weight.

There are free apps you can use to put in what you eat everyday. Gives you the overal calorie count.
