Will I still lose weight.

So I've been trying to eat healthier. But I've been eating a lot.
But like avocado. Watermellon. Carrots, pineapple. Trail mix. Apples. Water.

Does it matter how much of each I'm eating? Like does it matter that I eat a lot as long as it's healthy? Or should I cut back on those to.

Consume less calories than you burn and you will lose weight. Based upon your age, height and wait, you can estimate how much your body burns by existing. Consume less calories than that. If you exercise, eat a little more.
