Will I still lose weight.

So I've been trying to eat healthier. But I've been eating a lot.
But like avocado. Watermellon. Carrots, pineapple. Trail mix. Apples. Water.

Does it matter how much of each I'm eating? Like does it matter that I eat a lot as long as it's healthy? Or should I cut back on those to.

Avocado is very healthy fat and the trail mix is fiber. Both extremely beneficial...why talk her out of eating them

@Fernie I head the same about avacado. As long as I don't eat like more than 2 a day. And believe me. This diet I'm eating is way. Steer than the fast food and pizza everyday thing I used to do.

@londonbr1dge I've been a vegetarian for decades and I know that the foods you are eating are quite healthy for your colon and the rest of you. There is bad fat (the food you've given up) and GOOD fat...avocados and nuts are the good fats. Just don't keep eating the same things because you will get bored and most likely go back to junk. Research more healthy foods so you will have a wide variety to choose from... Good for you for being aware of what you are eating!!! Also, there's nothing wrong with pizza now and then.

@Fernie because eating to much of them which is what she said she was doing is not going to be beneficial for her. They will make her put on weight
