Will I still lose weight.

So I've been trying to eat healthier. But I've been eating a lot.
But like avocado. Watermellon. Carrots, pineapple. Trail mix. Apples. Water.

Does it matter how much of each I'm eating? Like does it matter that I eat a lot as long as it's healthy? Or should I cut back on those to.

It's probably not a good idea to ask for advice here. You'll have people telling you all sorts of stuff without doing any kind of research.
