I couldn't hold my belly in on the first photo 🙈🙉🙊 This past week I've been walking 20000 steps a day for 5 days and between 10000 and 15000 the other 2. It feels good, I have also been doing 100-200 crunches most days plus dumbbell exercises and I started with back exercises today.
I'm so happy I've come this far, and further I'm planning to go 💪🏻
