My fatloss in 3 weeks:

I couldn't hold my belly in on the first photo 🙈🙉🙊

This past week I've been walking 20000 steps a day for 5 days and between 10000 and 15000 the other 2. It feels good, I have also been doing 100-200 crunches most days plus dumbbell exercises and I started with back exercises today.

I'm so happy I've come this far, and further I'm planning to go 💪🏻

@SW-User I've been eating what I want, but moderately. My diet has been containing homemade pizza, tacos, a lot of fruit and nuts, and, yes, sweets for the past week! Before that I ate a lot of fruit, tortilla chips with guacamole, egg chalupas, a mix of crushed chic peas and feta cheese that I put in the frying pan, potato crisps, avocado, tuna + potato sallad and protein powder shakes.
