I enjoy reading...especially sci fi and fantasy novels, cooking, especially experimental cooking using new ingredients I've never used before...and working on family trees. I am also a news junkie. I like to stay informed, so I will listen to the news while working on other things.

I finished my own family tree as far as I am able, but I started trying to transfer as much information as I possibly could from a pay site over to a free site, so that people who can't afford to pay $300 a year can still do their own trees.

I find families that are so poorly or incompletely done, even on the free site, that I try to complete them as thoroughly as I can out of pity for future generations who might not be able to unravel the mess or find their ancestors.

Some days I spend up to 10 hours or more working on what I call "pity trees".

I also get furiously angry when I see trees that are actually fairly well done, but apparently the females of the family are NOT important to anyone in that family...not even their own great great grandmothers, nor any of the females...because they don't make any effort to enter the maiden names...or FIND the maternal relatives.

I can actually find the information quite easily, and that makes me even [i]MORE angry[/i]...because all of this history will someday be lost...all of these records could be gone...and all of these beautiful names, which should be celebrated and loved...will disappear into the distant sands of time, and the people whose families have been so neglected do not care...and I...a stranger...a distant, distant relative of a relative...care more than they.😡😡😡

Take pictures of nature, especially butterflies
Read about psychology, neurology and psychopathology
Search for new music
Learn new languages

Videogames, reading books and articles, fixing stuff and learning more about electronics, travelling and cooking at times.

Go for walks, scroll through social media and play video games :)

I enjoy working out mostly. For over the last year, it’s been in my dang garage. Ready to get back to the gym now. It’s getting a little warmish out here these days. Haha!
