why is reading a chore for me now

i used to be able to enjoy reading and get through books i enjoyed, but now it feels like an effort and chore just to concentrate...i'm not sure if it's the age we're living in and sat in front of computer screens which is causing it.....but i'll get... See More »

if you're reading an old paperback book, how'd you make sure pages don't fall out or

pages fall loose? i have a lot of old paperbacks, second hand, in good condition for their age and i'm hesitant to read any of them in case pages fall loose whilst reading.. any advice or thoughts welcomed
