What should I do?

I am so anxious that I'm nauseous or might have a seizure. I am scared of having an anxiety attack.

Do some breathing exercises and keep telling yourself everything will be ok.
Don't set yourself up for those things to happen by thinking they might. Find better-feeling thoughts. Go outside and connect with nature. Take a walk. Listen to your favorite music. Be with friends. Hug.

I had a therapist say to me once, for real, "but did you die"?
Total perspective.
Let yourself go through it and acknowledge that you made it to the other side of it. Don't underestimate your ability to survive.

@Newfound it is a vicious, never-ending cycle that i do an intensive therapy to try to break. last week i went 5 days without a seizure or panic attack.

@fluteacorn *hugs* :( I had one so bad two years ago I ended up being taken to the ER by ambulance, I thought I was having a cardiac event.

You need professional psychological help, I suggest that you seek out a psychologist.

@fluteacorn Tell uour therapist everything then, you may need to go on anti anxiety medication. I take lorazepam myself and it helps me control my own panic attacks pretty good.

Go lay down in the dark. Call your most trusted person and have them talk to you. Pray for strength and peace. Think about why you are anxious and think about how many people go thru the same stuff.
