Private prisons...

It is a scandal no one will address.
So many corrupt Corporate bodies have a stake in the running of, and profiting from prisons.
How often do the Corporate pigs who commit crimes get imprisoned? Almost never. They are allowed to steal from the public with impunity whilst at the same time profit from the lower classes being imprisoned for minor crimes.
Why does the US population allow this fraud to go on?
Every level of Government, every Political party condones this fraudulent behaviour through their inaction

Private prisons make money for the private owner. Prisoners work for below minimum wage and usually doing something that doesnt help them with any real job skills they can use once they are released. Its forced labor.

Justice and criminal reform should not be privatized. At all.

If they are privatized, they should be forbidden from using prisoners as labor force and their payment should be based on inverse recidivism. The incentives have to be set up to reward the prison for proper reform. But as it stands, they basically just exploit labor and pick and choose their inmates to control costs.

I disagree with the concept of privatized prisons. Perhaps it’s something I would have asked Hillary about—had she become president. But you may’ve heard, she says she’s not running in 2020. Marco Rubio wouldn’t have had my vote anyway.
