Private prisons...

During the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton was the largest recipient of campaign donations from the private prison industry. Marko Rubio was the second largest.
What do you think of prisoners for profit and politicians who are in bed with them?

I disagree with the concept of privatized prisons. Perhaps it’s something I would have asked Hillary about—had she become president. But you may’ve heard, she says she’s not running in 2020. Marco Rubio wouldn’t have had my vote anyway.

@bijouxbroussard Neither of them would get my vote. Did you ever wonder why Clinton never wanted to de-schedule (sp) cannabis and Rubio was against its legalization in DC?
@Troy123 I thought Grassley stalled the CARES bill ?

@bijouxbroussard What is the CARES bill?
@Troy123 Medical cannabis, in 2015. Actually the “CARERS Act” and Grassley stalled it because he wasn’t convicted it was in the best interests of the public. Hillary supported it, and tbf, Trump agreed with it, too. Both had previously considered cannabis a “state’s rights” issue.
