what diet, and exercise routine work best for you?

I'm a 28 year old guy, 5"8, 170 LBS. Struggling with hating the way my body looks.

Walking two miles a day keeps my weight down. The best overall exercise I have found has been rowing.

keto, 200 push ups and sit ups every morning followed by 35 mins of heavy bag work for kick boxing...its great for cardio. The dance class 2-3 times per week

Plant-based, and my current exercise routine varies throughout the week. Weightlifting/arm day, cardio, leg day, core workouts, calisthenics, HIIT, etc. Basically whatever fits my needs for that particular muscle group for that day, and whatever keeps my routine balanced.

I run almost every day, lift 1 or 2 times a week and ride once in a while. I think the most important thing is finding something you like so you will stick with it. I love running and when I skip a day I miss it.
I read the book, Eat To Live and it made a difference for me. As for exercise, I try to get exercise done in the morning first thing if I can. And I try to go to bed early.

I never diet .... I train harder for that extra chocolate bar ♥️

My research says listen to @SW-User lol

Seriously, Low Carb, intermediate fasting, hiit workouts, and strength training.

And if you ask how movie stars how they got into the amazing sharp, they basically all have the same answers (seriously there is a youtube on it, action actor after action actor).

Chicken and broccoli every single freaking meal... nothing but chicken and broccoli.

They also mentioned, they're millions, so they can hire a personal trainer and workout all day... but the main focus was on the diet to get into movie amazing looking shape.
