Can someone give me a rational reason President Trump should be impeached?

Pherick · 41-45, M
Have you watch any of testimony during the inquiry so far? Many intelligent people lay it out quite clearly.
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
Sure - using the tools of international diplomacy to gain a personal advantage in an election is a nono.
His fake tan is messing with my tv settings.

He is encouraging foreign interests to get involved in domestic issues, specifically in an attempt to further his own interests over the best interests of national security.

That's really all you need. There are other things he's done that are clearly covered by high crimes and misdemeanors. This is as simple and as rational as you will read.

And yet, folks will claim that it's a smear campaign.

y'know... deep down, I knew I was biased.

Thank you for helping me see the light.

😂

@sunsporter1649 That is a lovely self-portait.

Big ass and skinny legs are the signs of someone who sits in front of his computer and makes no attempt to get up and experience reality.

Well done.

Will three reasons suffice? Abuse of power, obstruction of justice, and obstruction of congress.

ummm, perhaps because he has been the most corrupt president in the history of our country?
BlueVeins · 22-25
-Receiving money from Saudi Arabian oligarchs and the Burmese government while in office
-Violating the War Powers Act during the campaign in Yemen
-Firing James Comey and admitting that it was over the Russia investigation live on TV
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@BlueVeins If the evidence is so overwhelming, why is it not in the articles of impeachment so prominently trumpeted today?
BlueVeins · 22-25
@sunsporter1649 Because the Democrats in Congress are pretty dumb.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@BlueVeins So we do agree on something
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
You need to prove you are genuinely interested and capable of rational examination first. That burden is on you. If you are not, then no one... not anyone on or off the planet... will be able to provide you with any reason of any stripe.
Human1000 · M
@MarkPaul Exactly -- that kind of question is rhetorical. He wouldn't be convinced by anything.
curiosi · 61-69, F
I suppose if I was trying to cover up my crimes I would want the person responsible for exposing them out of the way.

@curiosi Dont mess with me woman. I'll smell your damn hair.
Graylight · 51-55, F
Yeah, I belive Congress just did.
@Graylight Forget it, mommymuncher is like a dog, all he hears are incomprehensible sounds with an occasional word here and there that he understands.
@Graylight Oh OK - so a B************ is just short for, lying under oath and obstruction of justice. Nice you whittled it down to one word ! Good for you - I will award you a medal for doing your best. 🥇- That's for being Number #1
BlueVeins · 22-25
@LeopoldBloom I just got a sunburn from the intensity of that roast.
Yes. He went to your house while you were at work, screwed your wife, kicked your dog, stole your garden hose, and spray painted that Che Guevara poster on your front door.

Just curious, if he had done that, would you still support him? Because he kind of did that to the entire country. But you don’t care because he didn’t do it to you personally.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
@sunsporter1649 Is that you with Obama? Cool, I'd love to meet him.
daisymay · 51-55, T
Bribery falls under "high crimes and misdemeanors". There, that was easy.
@daisymay 1. perjury of oath. 2. Abuse of authority. 3. Bribery. 4. use of Intimidation. 5. Misuse of assets. 6. Dereliction of duty. 7. Behavior unbecoming. 8. Refusal to obey a lawful order.
jimjim1969 · M
He uses his office for personal gain. Just a crazy narcissist
@jimjim1969 During the battle of 1775 the airports were shut down 😲
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
Yes. The rational reason is that that Democrats are hoping to swing enough independent votes with their impeachment circus so that their candidate will have a chance of beating Trump in the 2020 election.

But they are quite likely to botch it yet again, just as they did with the Mueller fiasco.

He hurt muh damn feelins man..😣
He's a corrupt silver spoon salesman blatantly using the presidency as a cover to fill his own pockets at the expense of others' lives. He doesn't care about anyone but himself. Nor does he know how to show respect for those who are different from him. People like that can't be ambassadors for the US. Not a good guy to run the country.
sunsporter1649 · 70-79, M
President Trump committed the ultimate sin of defeating the democrats in an election
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@sunsporter1649 I won dude 🤷‍♂️

Do you think hilldawg would have entertained me even a quarter this much? Shit would have been boring and quiet.

@fairefoutre

Considering how many times the Democrats in Congress have made abject fools of themselves, it is a fair bet that almost anyone knows better than they do. 😂
The bows on his shoe-laces are not identical!
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F
@fairefoutre

And the "most qualified candidate ever" seemed not to understand the workings of the Electoral College, despite her automatic advantage of California's unthinking blue voters, who gave her about 4 million of her 3 million edge in the national popular vote.

I heard she also complained that her baseball team lost, simply because they scored fewer runs, despite having more hits than the winning team. 🤭

@fairefoutre

The 'ignorant oaf' in the US understood the system far better than his opponent (or you) did.

If the US Presidential election were decided by the national popular vote, then the campaign strategy would have been different, concentrating on population centers rather than on swing states. I don't know who would have won the election in that case, and certainly neither do you, so your going on and on about the national popular vote is a pointless exercise.

And you can be sure that if Hillary had won the electoral vote, but lost the popular vote, she would have been extolling the wisdom of the Founders. 🤭

Only because the left doesn’t like him, there’s no rationality behind their anger

Not yet, that is what the hearing is about.
Are you watching ?
Found a hair out of place during the last press conference.

I don't think you would be convinced by anything if it didn't come from Fox.
