And the "most qualified candidate ever" seemed not to understand the workings of the Electoral College, despite her automatic advantage of California's unthinking blue voters, who gave her about 4 million of her 3 million edge in the national popular vote.
I heard she also complained that her baseball team lost, simply because they scored fewer runs, despite having more hits than the winning team. 🤭

The 'ignorant oaf' in the US understood the system far better than his opponent (or you) did.
If the US Presidential election were decided by the national popular vote, then the campaign strategy would have been different, concentrating on population centers rather than on swing states. I don't know who would have won the election in that case, and certainly neither do you, so your going on and on about the national popular vote is a pointless exercise.
And you can be sure that if Hillary had won the electoral vote, but lost the popular vote, she would have been extolling the wisdom of the Founders. 🤭
