Years ago, I got a job at Harvard Pilgrim insurance with a group of temps. We were all in training, in the same group, and it was made known to us that only a few of us would be kept on.
There was one young girl who was extremely annoying. It was obvious that she wanted to impress the bosses...and she did. Early on, she was moved to a more "permanent" area.
One day, I was asked to deliver a message to her, and I walked up behind her, and she was FAKE typing!!!! She was making all sorts of noise on her keyboard, but nothing appeared on her screen! She appeared to be very embarrassed that I had caught her at it. 🤭
