What if a co-worker doesn't speak your language so well and tells you the same joke almost every day for years?

The restaurant where I worked for years hired a dishwasher who couldn't really speak English. It didn’t matter what you said to him, he always smiled and answered, "No problem!" He didn't last long, but it was a good try.

I would teach them more jokes

I would learn how to say please stop telling the same joke every day, in his language 🤣

I'd get them a silly joke book and put it on their desk when they go to lunch or something

Laugh cordially but then tell them some back so they can grow their repertoire lol

Easy. I stare at them with my poker Boss face. They won't even approach or talk to me anymore.

And then laugh like Eddie Murphey!! 🤣
