Same thing diffrent day

Seems like every day is the same latly for me go to work then work 12 hours and come home tired and watch some tv and go to bed. Like i am on auto pilot and just going through the motions always saying same shit diffrent day
.
Any of you guys in the same spot?

I preferred 12 hours shifts because I just went home to get in my pajamas, eat, drink wine, watch tv and go to bed. I didn’t have to think about dinner, housework or many other chores. 12 hours shifts I only worked 3-4 days a week.

Yes the 12 hr shifts ive done for yesrs and it seems to get harder! I question a lot there must be more to life.

Yes I work the Panama shift they call it here. Two days on two days off every other three day weekend off. 7days every two weeks. 6 months out of the year. I like it.
