Same thing diffrent day

Seems like every day is the same latly for me go to work then work 12 hours and come home tired and watch some tv and go to bed. Like i am on auto pilot and just going through the motions always saying same shit diffrent day
.
Any of you guys in the same spot?

I work 7p to 7a and it doesn't matter how tired i am i always wake up at 1pm even after taking a sleeping pill. I set may arlarm thinking I'm going to sleep a full 8 hrs and each time like clockwork I'm up at 1. Four or 5 hours is all i can get.
