Western job interviewer:

'we cant give you a job without you having experience, but you can't get experience without being given a job'.

And we aren't talking just brain surgery jobs, but mopping a floor job.

People want to know you are able to be a good employee in the work environment. They can teach the skill.

Don’t be hoodwinked into thinking that was a competency test to see if you can stack goods on a shelf, these tests are assigning you a social credit score that you don’t know about, and it’s nothing to do with you having the ability to do the job.

@TheEmperor It's their textbook language.

You wouldn't dare say that to her face.

Let's be real. Floor mopping isn't even a fillable job anymore. Every qualified floor mopper wants to be the supreme head of a department if not company president.

And here's why.

Schools educate human resource employees about ways to pick the finalist good candidates and reject the less desired.

Few of them would recognize a naturally inclined inborn talent from your mediocre any-person. The rarest talent of all is the talent to see specific talents in others.

So they fall back on secondary items like personality, looks , hearsay, school degrees, or other meaningless accolades whatsoever may apply.

Meanwhile, the lawyers, media, government, social engineers, club members, churchy goofs, and possibly other psychological misfits made laws for preferences for classes of victims they advocate legally be selected first, that often carry degrees they don't deserve, desiring jobs they're clueless to do, practicing activism instead, demanding extreme compensation for their causing profits to plummet everywhere they "work."
Yea. I remember this.

I just lied to get my first job.

Nobody gives a shit about you, so you are under no obligation to give a shit about providing true information for the company's evaluation of you is how I feel about it.

@goneNow6565 That is how I did it too, I still do lol.
Hey! Mopping the floor is an ART how else do you do wash the windows on the floor?

The problem for employers and employees is that there are too many thieving, lying, drug addicted dropkicks out there, so employers want someone who has proven they can be successful. This means if you're an honest person who otherwise lacks experience, you gotta find a way to distinguish yourself from all the dropkicks out there who can say all the same things you're saying, and most employers are only going to be willing to take that time if the entire sector is starved of workers
