TheEmperor most employers at an entry level position will hire without the experience if they see other qualities in the applicant that would benefit the work environment. There are certain fields where you advance through training and otherwise you can't operate a forklift, for example, but you can start entry level in the company doing something else.
The way to work around the no experience is to show you've done something similar in the same work environment. If you want to mop floors but can't, what else have you done working in an office building or store.. Or what could you do... Like work holiday hiring or something that gives you some experience, even if it's temp.
