Western job interviewer:

'we cant give you a job without you having experience, but you can't get experience without being given a job'.

And we aren't talking just brain surgery jobs, but mopping a floor job.

People want to know you are able to be a good employee in the work environment. They can teach the skill.

@TheEmperor you can teach that, but if you don't get along with people or have bad work habits, being late, doing bad work, etc, people don't want to hire or keep people like that.

@TheEmperor most employers at an entry level position will hire without the experience if they see other qualities in the applicant that would benefit the work environment. There are certain fields where you advance through training and otherwise you can't operate a forklift, for example, but you can start entry level in the company doing something else.
The way to work around the no experience is to show you've done something similar in the same work environment. If you want to mop floors but can't, what else have you done working in an office building or store.. Or what could you do... Like work holiday hiring or something that gives you some experience, even if it's temp.

@TheEmperor you have to figure out where you can start. Sometimes you have to use your resources.. Friends, family, teachers, someone will hear about a job for you. It's especially important if you don't have a lot of experience and have trouble getting a foot in.
