Yes, the guy was one of those people who thought every man needs some time in the military to grow up. A fucking jar head and I could see him coming from a mile away.

Yes, and my instincts proved right!

@SW-User Good advise. I had one there and now someone else has filled a longstanding vacancy, which is excellent for the organization. However, I don't like her. I start a new job soon that's more money and a better fit. Not sticking around for my instincts to be more confirmed than they already are, is priceless.

@zeeva70 Glad you have found a new better job :-)

@SW-User Thank you! Honestly, because I'm competitive, having her come on board was just the motivation I needed to move on. I'll also earn more money than her (and increasing my income was a 2019 goal).

Yes I have a few times.
Thats pretty intense. Lol Liking people at work is irrelevant to me. But if they made my job impossible i would leave.

@DarlingSelah Yes, it's intense. Hard to explain. For me it's like: I don't like you. I don't want to spend my time training you. Too exhausting. I can make much more money elsewhere.
SN: I adore my other supervisor and coworker and it's heartbreaking to leave them.

Yup i have a good judge of people.and ill tell them exactly how i feel and why

@Lilnonames Being a good judge of people serves us well. In my situation, it would be counterproductive to tell her or anyone in the organization how I feel and why. I've already given my two week notice and starting a new job soon. It does feel good not to get stuck in any drama; to just move on to a better opportunity.
