They didn't say or do anything wrong. In part, you just realize you're not going to work well together without considerable effort and you don't have the energy to even try (so you start looking for another job).

@Lilnonames Being a good judge of people serves us well. In my situation, it would be counterproductive to tell her or anyone in the organization how I feel and why. I've already given my two week notice and starting a new job soon. It does feel good not to get stuck in any drama; to just move on to a better opportunity.
