They didn't say or do anything wrong. In part, you just realize you're not going to work well together without considerable effort and you don't have the energy to even try (so you start looking for another job).

@Selah Yes, it's intense. Hard to explain. For me it's like: I don't like you. I don't want to spend my time training you. Too exhausting. I can make much more money elsewhere. SN: I adore my other supervisor and coworker and it's heartbreaking to leave them.
