They didn't say or do anything wrong. In part, you just realize you're not going to work well together without considerable effort and you don't have the energy to even try (so you start looking for another job).

@zeeva70 Without a doubt but I did have to work with the guy and on construction sites he would get so angry he would throw his hammer at new walls sometimes. He punched some kid out at a gas station. He was a violent person.
