What about your job makes you happy?

Having good coworkers and managers helps a lot. Having mean or drama queen/king type coworkers can really make work hard. My job isn't too stressful which makes me happy. If people are underpaid, and most employees are, they are not as happy because they feel taken adv. of.

It is always different and I like the challenge of helping people.

I can go home at 4 pm *__* plus my teammates are awesome

Time off is better then money

People like jobs because it gives them something. The loners like the quiet. The talkers like their friends. The numbers guy likes the order. The tough guy likes the exercise. Everyone has something that gets them moving, even in the same job.

being treated with dignity and respect at all times. People that are overly aggressive and that try to push me around does not make me happy. Turn me loose on my work and I will get it done but don't be aggressive with me. I bite those people and I bite them hard.
