What about your job makes you happy?

I am a coordinator in a warehouse of about 50 people. Lately many of my coworkers have seemed very unhappy at work. I am trying to figure out what makes people like their jobs, so I can help the people I work with be happier.

Having good coworkers and managers helps a lot. Having mean or drama queen/king type coworkers can really make work hard. My job isn't too stressful which makes me happy. If people are underpaid, and most employees are, they are not as happy because they feel taken adv. of.
