What about your job makes you happy?

I am a coordinator in a warehouse of about 50 people. Lately many of my coworkers have seemed very unhappy at work. I am trying to figure out what makes people like their jobs, so I can help the people I work with be happier.

being treated with dignity and respect at all times. People that are overly aggressive and that try to push me around does not make me happy. Turn me loose on my work and I will get it done but don't be aggressive with me. I bite those people and I bite them hard.
