I still hate my job

I think I’m most upset that the bs event I got assigned is the same day as another team is going to a prison to help the inmates.

I’ve made it clear many times that’s my favorite place to go. Because reasons.

But I was denied that on purpose. At this point it is spite. How do I know? Because my boss quit suddenly and scheduling had fallen to the person that both knows how much I care about the inmates and who I told to F off I never wanted to work with them again.

This is so pathetic and people are so petty.
