I've lost 15lbs in 2-3 months 😁

I'm down to 147lbs, I'm aiming for 140 before I start lean bulking on a slow and gradual calorie surplus.

Ive just done it through exercise, eating at maintenance or in a slight deficit and eating healthy foods and high protein. I've put on muscle and I'm stronger than I was.

I’m diabetic so, low gi diet, small portions and regular excercise. Basically no carbohydrates.

@Banksy83 Nah I eat 0 processed food, protein oats with peanut butter and walnuts in the morning and black coffee ✌
