I've lost 15lbs in 2-3 months ๐Ÿ˜

I'm down to 147lbs, I'm aiming for 140 before I start lean bulking on a slow and gradual calorie surplus.

Ive just done it through exercise, eating at maintenance or in a slight deficit and eating healthy foods and high protein. I've put on muscle and I'm stronger than I was.

Iโ€™m diabetic so, low gi diet, small portions and regular excercise. Basically no carbohydrates.
