What’s the most accurate way to weigh yourself

Should you weigh yourself once a week? Should you weigh yourself at a specific time?

I find this information helpful to bear in mind with using the scales.

WANT TO KNOW HOW PEOPLE GET RESULTS?
THEY TRUST THE PROCESS AND STICK TO THE PLAN NO
MATTER WHAT. THEY DON'T THROW IN THE TOWEL
BECAUSE THEY HAD A SALTY MEAL AND THE SCALE
SPIKED FOR 2 DAYS, CONSISTENCY.
AND IF YOU CAN T SEE PAST THE SCALES, GET OFF
THEM. PERMANENTLY

I love this so much

@DeluxedEdition you're welcome and thanks for best comment. It sounds like you're doing great, 15lbs, that's fantastic and it's great that you're feeling better too, and don't feel guilty if you eat a bit too much 🤗🤗

@DeluxedEdition that's my favourite part too actually 💯🤗

I don’t care to weigh myself. After a lifetime of eating disorders it is what is haha I feel healthy and I know when I’m putting a few too many on and how to get it off. Like another used posted there is so much more than fat going on haha

@BrokenAbyss that is a great decision and I’m glad you chose to do that for yourself!
Most dieticians recommend once a week at the same time of day.
This is because daily weighing or weighing at different times of day tends to show more fluctuations due to different amounts of water content in the body.
They also recommend recording the result so one can be encouraged and feel a renewal of zeal.

I choose Tuesdays, nude, just after waking in the morning .

Heres my thing....scales are fine if you are using it in a positive manner... meaning just to know..versus what i want.

The secret to weight loss is very very simple you gotta burn more then what you bring in. PERIOD that is truly the bottom line... If you loss 15 lbs... then you know how to lose weight and just have to stay consistent with that process...losing weight takes time because your body has to adjust to the new weight and new this or new that.... i would say lose X amount and then stay there for a month or so ...it allows you to stay at that point (hopefully) but you know what it takes to stay at that point....

i remains between 195 lbs and 205 lbs .... if i go below 195 .. its not fun..i cant eat this or that.... if i go much over 205 my body feels like crap.

Know YOU and who cares as long as you take care yourself... healthy....and enjoy whatever the fricken numbers are...work what you have :-)

I weigh myself at the same time every day.
First thing in the morning after I empty my bladder, have a coffee and eat breakfast.
I think the consistency gives an accurate measurement.
First thing in the morning after you've been to the toilet and before you've eaten anything or had anything to drink.
The most , once a week , even less is preferable
Same time every day. As long as you’re consistently before or after a meal it’s fine
I used to weigh my self every Sunday but i left doing it.
I have no clue. I only get weighed when I go to the doctor

You should weigh your bobs separately, then tell me what they weigh 👀 This will be my new fetish.

I use a electric scale by Taylor every time I shower. Seems extremely accurate because my weight never changes at all.
