I’m very discouraged and confused because I gained weight

I noticed my gerd symptoms have subsided entirely since I lost that 15 pounds. I just want to lose a few more and create a healthy lifestyle and weight now for when I’m older and my metabolism changes

I did however eat a very very very large lunch

THEY TRUST THE PROCESS AND STICK TO THE PLAN NO
MATTER WHAT. THEY DON'T THROW IN THE TOWEL
BECAUSE THEY HAD A SALTY MEAL AND THE SCALE
SPIKED FOR 2 DAYS, CONSISTENCY.
AND IF YOU CAN T SEE PAST THE SCALES, GET OFF
THEM. PERMANENTLY
