@Matt85 I have three fans in the bedroom. The problem is, I have really bad allergies, and if there is ANY dust or cat dander or what have you, in the room, it all becomes airborne and gets into my sinuses and lungs. It has been so bad that I began to use an inhaler two years ago, and my nose was seemingly permanently congested. I have been taking Tulsi, for almost 2 months now, thanks to a suggestion from WandererTony on this site, and it has FINALLY cleared up.
But now the hot weather is here again, and I won't be able to sleep without the fans and the AC.
@4meAndyou If I turn my AC off, which I often do, it gets up to 85 degrees inside my apartment. Sometimes I tolerate it for as long as I can, along with the fan right in my face and a cold drink. Then I have to turn on the AC so that I can sleep Edit to add it was 84 in my apartment yesterday. I turn it off and don't let it run all day.
