She goes against Title 18 U.S. code. I wonder how Joe and his administration are taking that, given their rhetoric on guns.

No background checks or anything. Illegal immigrants are good people. Americans are bad people. We need background checks and waiting periods.

Sounds fair tbh. I'm actually against the whole idea of people having guns in general, but if citizens can have guns why can't immigrants? They're not less of human beings, and just because they don't yet have citizenship doesn't mean it cannot be regulated or no background checks can be made... What usually happens is that immigrants typically mind their own business trying hard to survive without doing anything that gets them kicked out of the country until they get the green card. But while doing so they often face armed robbery since everyone else has guns
