I realise I experience lots of stress, I talk about it here a lot

I just learned that a lot of foods I ate growing up are considered "white trash" foods.

bologna, hot dogs cut up into boxed mac and cheese, hamburger helper, velveeta anything. I mean it seems like anything I ate growing up counts as white trash food. Considering I still eat those foods guess that makes me white trash then.
