“I thank God every day for the little boy He sent my way.” 💙✨Kyson, you are the biggest blessing I never knew I could love this much. Where are we from?Who are we, really? Where did we really come from? Do you ever think about that? Would we ever find out that we are REALLY from somewhere else? These are the things that keep me up at night.
Love through the yearsA friend of mine recently returned from his 50-year high school reunion. A number of the attendees, including him, had married their high school sweethearts and were still married. There were 14 such couples, and they got together for a group... (...)

How has Trump ruined your life?I complained about Obama and Biden, but I did well under both, and I have been doing well under Trump. None of them have affected me personally one way or another. I have never received anything from the government that I didn't work for. I have... (...)
Heifetz & Stokowski The finale of the Sibelius Violin Concerto in D minor is often cited as one of the greatest moments in the repertoire because it combines sheer technical insanity with intense, dark, and energetic emotional power.
How do you feelAbout people who are adamant about having the last word. Do you toss back at them when enough is enough or do you just call it quits and walk away.
An American and The MonarchyI admit a fascination with the English Royal Family, some of it good and some of it, well, when your brother is a creep, but still gets to live in luxury, that is not a great look. On a lighter note>>> Anne seems like a hard worker, and William and... (...)
The Dana Octopus Squid- he has headlights More from the endlessly fascinating deep. This is a squid that lacks the 2 extra long feeding tentacles that most squids have. He hugs his prey in a death embrace instead. What really makes him special are his 2 lemon sized organs that light up... (...)

3 years later and I still don’t get a Mother’s Day wish.I know you don’t care about Father’s Day. But then you tell me about all the people that wished you happy Father’s Day. Time Keeps Flowing Like a RiverI spent some time yesterday reading old texts, still on my phone, that my late husband and I had sent to each other. Nothing special, just ordinary conversations about the kids, work, life, upcoming events, and the usual chit chat between married... (...)
Happy Mother's DayI lost my mom more than a decade ago now, but please cherish your own loving mother as long as you can. For one I can't say sorry to her any more in person because she's gone. I was at certain instances genuinely dreadful towards her. She faced... (...)

Do online friendships feel easier or harder than real-life ones? For me, online friendships feel easier at first because there’s less pressure, more time to think before responding, and it’s easier to connect through conversation instead of social performance. I’ve always found it easier to open up through text... (...)
