I found out my back pain is caused from a stupid hip flexor muscle being locked up. That's the culprit

Makes sense cause it shoots down my entire left leg. Hip flexor was locked up tight and it makes even more sense because I do have trouble with my left hip. It does feel weak and unstable at times and clicks.
