Well I did it

With Joel keeping me calm and being very supportive and understanding I took my new pill today. It only took 45 minutes and a almost panic attack. But I did it. I don't deserve this man being so ok with my crazy issues.

Since Joel discovered my med error our daughter was being doing so much better. Her anxiety and ocd are pretty much back to normal and she wasn't slept walked since the day. I'm so glad she's back to her normal self again and I still feel horrible... (...)

There are so many other people who receive no empathy from much of the world, like the homeless, the mentally ill, illegal immigrants, the people of Gaza, Sudan, Afghanistan...even those in prison. Of course plenty of people DO have empathy for those... (...)
