Do you have creative solutions?

I'm a great dreamer. I'm the type of person that could create vision boards for many projects, but I'm only one person and as I said earlier today, I'm a little less than average than most people what I want to do more than anything. It's health problem solved. One of my concerns is that we have a lot of Healthier much older citizens with not enough sons and daughters to take care of them meanwhile, they're growing lonely, not just because they may not have children, but because the rate of divorce is extremely high, so the number of single people is also high I keep wondering what we can do as a society or a community to help bring people Together to close the socialization gap that is growing. I'm curious do you have any ideas on ways to bring people together in a community, especially people who don't have healthy family members to lean on.

According to my husband and I confirmed with AI:"Japan has a growing number of cafes specifically hiring older people to serve coffee and tea. This practice provides seniors with a social outlet, keeps them active, and combats an aging population's loneliness"

It's really community clubs...doing charity, arts, games or reading...there's a book called Bowling Alone...I haven't read it, but I see it referred to a lot regarding this topic. I think you are right, this is a growing concern...has been for a while.

@fun4us2b Thank you. True. Thank God and our community members for those things that do exist. Interestingly enough, we almost have too many volunteers where I do volunteer work That can also be a problem. There's a need to keep paying jobs too. Haha. Sorry my mind wanders....

@Mindful That's pretty great to hear - and so nice of you to be thinking and acting and wanting to help.

@fun4us2b as a volunteer I get to meet others (volunteers) who want to be of help...so yeah, it is nice to witness helpfulness in others
