I’ve got some matching around 150+ mods on my PS5 AE version, but the ones I love having in every play through are Truly deadly poisons that make getting hit by spider spit or charus venom more challenging, and Deadly Diseases which make getting rockjoint or ataxia way more than a minor inconvenience that you might never notice.

I also run mods that make bandits a ton more challenging.

mostly redesigns for towns, population mods, lore friendly quest/dungeon mods.

also some challenge ones like disabling fast travel and making dragons much stronger.

I got the newest version of the game with the moding community creations mods added to the game. I haven't really played it yet. But they added a bunch of new stuff to the game

None. I play the console version and after a bad experience with Fallout 4, I no longer use console mods
