When was the last time you went to a drive in movie theatre ?

When I was a kid many moons ago. When you hung those clunky speakers on your car door, went in your pajamas and watched (or didn’t watch) the movie sitting on the roof of the car and pigged out on concession stand food. Some of my best childhood memories. 🙂

I think in the late 1990's it was one of the last holdouts in Ohio, but it succumbed to the internet and being in a bad part of town. I believe it has transitioned to a flea market on the weekends now.

Been years, but I plan on taking the kids this summer! They are at a good age for it

I have never been. There used to be one an hour north of me that was apparently sketchy.

It's been well over a decade but I just saw recently that there is one here in Florida

A couple years ago when a local drive-in was showing a double feature of The Exorcist and The Thing. It was awesome!

Never seen one. We don't have that here in Belgium. And probably in all of Europe.

Back in the 80s. Most of them around here closed long ago.
