I wouldn't want to swap with anyone , the place we have has been perfect for us for the past 25 years.

I highly doubt I could find anyone willing to switch, especially since summer is coming up soon at it gets over 122°f (50°c) here! 🫨

And the weather reports often have dangerous air quality warnings due to frequent dust clouds.

Considering we have a very nice house at the beach I wouldn't swap with anyone.
