No, it does mean that I've me not washed in some way for 10 months. 😁
But currently I'm just at 3 months without washing.
And seriously, I didn't get sick, get a rash, or anything. There is nothing wrong with not washing, in fact it's even very healthy for the skin and body. Taking a bath or shower is actually something quite unnatural for humans and for the longest time in history we never did anything like that.
I only shower when I'm really strong messed and need to get a bit cleaner or I go swim for fun.

Oh by the way I was talking to a couple of my co-workers and they were talking about some kind of chili or soup and one of them said he can eat only about half a ladle worth. There used to be the story that Queen Elizabeth (the first, not the current one) had a bath once a month - or every six months dependning who you believe. However the nobility were washed in other ways, and actually being submersed was considered unhealthy. Not to mention it was a very elaborate process in the days before plumbing.
