@4meAndyou I think we all do, we aren't always successful. The judging is an ongoing process, once we know we made a mistake we still have the option of correcting it.

@SinlessOnslaught Well.. There are two closely related but different types of Judging.. In a western court system with a judge and a jury the two types of judgement are carried out.. The Judge does not actually assess / judge the accused It is the Jury's task to judge if the accused is innocent or guilty of the crime.. And they are the ones who pronounce the accused Inocent or guilty..

So why do we call the Judge presiding over the case a Judge? Why because he is responsible for the second type of Judgment, that being the sentence/ punishment that will be imposed on the accused if the Jury declares the accused guilty.. So there are two judgements..

Assesment/ innocent or guilty

And

Punishment / prison sentence or fine or some other penalty..

@Rilyn is the ghost of your former self afraid ? I do meditation at being honest all the fear from my childhood repeats itself . I got through my childhood and trauma from it . I had a lot of acceptance around it until a situation in work came back up 11 years ago around bullying and I went out with a hurly and I'm sorry to god that I didn't smack it off him .
He was trying degrade me cause he was jealous of me and that I wouldn't mix in with the workers . I'm not anti social but I'm a bit of a loner . A hurly is a stick by the way . I had the hurly hidden behind the wall when I went out to him cause I ended getting a nervous breakdown from him .
